How do I change my shipping address?
There are a few ways you can update your shipping address. You can do this via our website or via our Ollie app.
Via our Website
- Login to your account page
- Click Add a New Address
- Enter your address
- Save changes
Via the Ollie app
- Log into the app
- Select Your Info
- Go to Shipping Address
- Update then Save
Note: We do not have the ability to save a temporary address. You will want to update the shipping address before your Ollie box is locked in. We will send communication about three days before your box is locked in and three days before the box ships.
